HMP Dodds will be home for an accused 42-year-old man who was recorded as having no fixed place of abode.
Ricardo Sylvester Wood appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant recently charged with stealing a pair of pants and a shirt worth $240 belonging to Ryan Wood.
The accused pleaded not guilty to the offence which allegedly occurred on November 9.
There were no objections to bail although the prosecutor raised concerns about the accused’s lack of address.
However, he told the magistrate that he stays with his mother or father at different addresses.
He was remanded until December 7 after he was unable to get a surety to post bail on his behalf.
The complainant is also expected to appear in the No. 2 District ‘A’ Magistrate’s Court at that time.
