Moore gets bail

A 35-year-old man has been released on bail after spending 28-days on remand at HMP Dodds.

He is Dail Oneal Moore, of Upper Clapham, Christ Church who is accused of entering the home of Debra Branker as a trespasser between June 3 and 4 and stealing a spanner set, a drill and drill machine, a screwdriver, a spade drill bit, an Allen Key, a lock, a bucket of thinners, four buckets of paint, a bucket of primer, two paint brushes, a roller and two cans of stain worth $3,330.59 belonging to Andrew Kendall.

When the accused appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant recently he was granted $4,000 bail which he secured with one surety.

Moore returns to the District ‘A’ Magistrate’s Court on March 19, 2019. In the meantime, he must report to the Oistins Police Station every Monday and Thursday before noon with valid identification.
