A 27-year-old man got an automatic 28-day stay at HMP Dodds when he appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrate’s Court today.
Raphael Monroe Trotman, of Munroe Village, Dash Valley, St George, is accused of entering the home of Junior Phillips as a trespasser on August 8 and inflicting serious bodily harm on him while he was armed with a firearm.
He is also accused of using a firearm on the same day while allegedly committing the crime of aggravated burglary.
Trotman, who is represented by attorney-at-law Shadia Simpson, was not required to plead to the indictable charges.
He has been remanded to return before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant on
November 1.
