A 47-year-old man who is already serving time at HMP Dodds returned to a Bridgetown court today charged with a new offence.
It is alleged that St Elias Charles of Queens Street, St Michael stole an android radio worth $500, a digital camera worth $1,000, a pair of sunglasses worth $300 and a $200 money clip with $350 cash inside, belonging to Mario Carter.
When Charles appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant today he denied the charge, which allegedly occurred between April 24 and 25.
He will return to the No. 2 District ‘A’ Magistrate’s Court on September 6 when the case against him will continue.
