A fish vendor was granted $500 bail when he appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrate’s Court today.
It is alleged that Andy Christopher Small, of Long Gap, Spooners Hill, St Michael, threatened to “chop up” Yvette McClean, causing her to believe that unlawful violence would be used against her.
However, Small pleaded not guilty to the offence, which allegedly took place on July 13.
His case continues before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant on November 22.
