A football coach, who admitted to assaulting a player during a march at the Wildey Astroturf, must be on his best behaviour for the next six months.
Corey Kemar Barrow, of Laynes Road, Clapham, St Michael, pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening manner while at the Astroturf on May 27 and assaulting Jamal Moore on the same day, occasioning him actual bodily harm.

According to Sergeant Rudy Pilgrim, the accused was in the stands around 10:45p.m. when he got involved in a verbal altercation with Moore, who is a goalkeeper of one of the competing teams.
The situation deteriorated with Barrow throwing a bottle at Moore. He then jumped the fence, armed himself with two rocks and took aim at Moore, hitting him on the arm.
Today Barrow, who is not known to the courts, apologized before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant for his behaviour. He also told the magistrate that he and Moore had settled their differences and had agreed to settle the matter out of court.
Following that explanation Cuffy-Sergeant placed him on a bond for six months. If Barrow breaches the order he will have to pay the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court $750 forthwith or spend six weeks in prison.
