A 38-year-old woman, who recently denied committing two criminal offences, has been transferred from the Psychiatric Hospital to Dodds Prison.
Mellisa Jacintha Holder, of no fixed place of abode, had pleaded not guilty of stealing $100 from Sherwin Redman on September 12 and to having an apparatus in her possession on the same day for the misuse of cocaine.
However, she was remanded to jail today by Magistrate Douglas Frederick after spending three weeks in the Black Rock mental institution where she was assessed by doctors.
Holder is scheduled to reappear in court on October 25.
