Two men, including a teenager, were granted bail today when they appeared before Chief Magistrate Christopher Birch on separate drug charges.
Seventeen-year-old Nazz Anthony Leon of Reed Street, St Michael is accused of possession, possession with intent to supply and trafficking of 12 grammes of cannabis.
With no objections from Station Sergeant Peter Barrow, Leon was released on a $1,000 surety after denying the offences. He is scheduled to return to the court on September 22.
Also appearing before Birch today was 36-year-old Adrian Dacosta Spooner of Pool Land No.1, St John.
He was released on $2,500 bail after pleading not guilty to possession, possession with intent to supply and trafficking of five pounds of cannabis.
Spooner returns to court on November 13.
