A Christ Church man today declared that he was prime candidate for bail despite his previous convictions.
Christopher Seth Japth Bynoe, of Fordes Road made the comment to Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant this afternoon after she informed him that he would be remanded to Dodds until October 5 pending sentence.
Bynoe, 21, had moments before pleaded guilty to having cocaine apparatus in his possession on September 6.
“This case is not of the same nature as the cases I had before. If in Barbados you are innocent until proven guilty then I should be given bail,” Bynoe who is known for crimes such assault and robbery said before he was sent up to the St Philip penal institution.
