A teenager was released on $1,500 bail this morning when he appeared in court charged with possession of a knife and disturbing the peace.
Eighteen-year-old Daniel Archer Smith, of #70, Callenders Crescent, Christ Church, pleaded guilty to the knife possession charge but denied disturbing the peace.
Both offences allegedly occurred on July 5, 2018 on Swan Street, City.
Prosecutor Station Sergeant Samuel Hinds had no objection to bail and Smith was ordered by Magistrate Douglas Frederick to return to court on October 23, 2018.
