A 22-year-old man, accused of criminal damage, was released on $2,000 bail when he appeared in a Bridgetown court today.
Andrance Ricardo Welch, of No. 9 Neil’s Tenantry, Belle Gully, St Michael, had been on remand at HMP Dodds for the last two months, accused of damaging a window belonging to David Ashby on March 5.
As part of his bail conditions Welch must report to the Hastings Police Station every Thursday before noon with valid identification.
The accused, who returns to court on July 3, has also been warned to stay away from Ashby’s property.
