A 39-year-old St Michael man will spend the next 28 days on remand at Dodds.
It is alleged that on May 15, Andre Clyde Cave, of Fairfield Cross Road, Tudor Bridge, unlawfully damaged a motorcar belonging to Leandrea Goddard; used a firearm while involved in violent, disorderly behaviour and that he, along with other persons, used unlawful violence which caused others at the scene to fear for their safety.
Cave, who has Harry Husbands as his attorney, was not required to plead to indictable charges when he appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sergeant today.
The accused returns to court on June 20.
