A 46-year-old St Michael man accused of indecently assaulting a minor, was granted $4,000 bail when he appeared in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court earlier today.
Trevor DaCosta Denny of Lot 18 Husbands Development is accused of committing the act between September 4 and 5.
Denny was not required to plead to the indictable charge when he went before Acting Magistrate Sandra Rawlins, but his temporary freedom came with some strict conditions.
The accused man, who returns to court on November 22, must now live with his surety until the matter is completed, stay away from his alleged victim and report to the District ‘A’ Police Station every Wednesday and Saturday before 9a.m., with valid identification.
