Clik here to view.Christ Church resident Adrian Orlando Ifill, who pleaded guilty to possession of 65 grammes of cannabis, has 14 days to pay a $750 fine.
The drugs were found in a container yesterday when police executed a search warrant at Ifill’s 340 Kingsland Terrace residence.
The 40-year-old admitted to the offence and was subsequently arrested.
Yesterday, his attorney Rasheed Belgrave urged Magistrate Elwood Watts in the Oistins Magistrates’ Court to impose a lenient sentence on his client as he had entered an early plea and had fully cooperated with police.
Belgrave said although Ifill is known to the law courts, his last conviction was back in 2009 and he is gainfully employed.
If he fails to pay the fine in the stipulated time, he will spend three weeks at HMP Dodds.
